当店は予約優先制です。ご予約内容に変更がある場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。

Our salon operates primarily by appointment. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

無断キャンセルや直前のキャンセルが続く場合、ご予約をお断りする場合がございます。

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future reservations being declined.

ご予約時間に遅れた場合、施術内容の変更や施術時間の短縮をお願いする場合がございます。

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or modify your treatment depending on the remaining appointment time.

お客様の体調やお目元の状態によっては、安全を考慮し施術をお断りする場合がございます。

For safety reasons, we may decline treatment depending on your physical condition or the condition of your eyes and lashes.

アレルギーや皮膚疾患のある方は、事前にスタッフへご相談ください。

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or any medical concerns, please inform our staff before treatment.

お子様連れでのご来店をご希望の場合は、事前に店舗へお問い合わせください。

施術完了後の返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。気になる点がございましたら、できるだけ早めにご相談ください。
